Mains smoke alarms, heat detector & carbon monoxide detector
As of January 2016 any HMO and rental property must have a smoke alarm fired by law. It is also advisable that every home has at least one smoke alarm, one heat detector and a carbon monoxide detector.
Emergency Lighting
Predominantly installed in offices, commercial and HMO properties, emergency lighting is another service Morningside Electrical offer. This type of lighting senses when the power has failed, it immediately switches to using the back up battery.
Security Lightening
Security lighting is installed on the outside of a building to help protect you property. It is activated by a sensor, lighting up the area where there may be an intruder.

A callout charge includes the first hour of labour. Additional hours are charged at a standard hourly rate.
